Sigur Ros at The Greek
Last night we saw Sigur Ros at the Greek Theater.

It was aweome!
There was drama all day about the show because it was supposed to rain (a lot of people from my work went, and we spent a lot of time talking about it on Friday). It ended up being one of those nights where the clouds kept the heat in, a perfect night to see a show at an outdoor ampitheater.
Sigur Ros were great! The sound was really good, and it was really fun to watch them make music. They projected close ups of the instruments, detailing things like how the bow touched the electric guitar strings (yes!), and it was cool how you could see details like that of how the music was made.

Oona cried when we had to go (the other kids were really sleepy), especially when they started to play "Gobbledigook." On our way out, we went in close on the side, and then the confetti happened. It completely cheered her up.
And then, on our way back to the car, beautiful rain. Perfect!
