Negotiations

We reached what we hope is the low point with our contractor. Highlights include an exchange over the phone where Jeannette had to say things like, "I don't appreciate you threatening us with a work stoppage," and, "Well maybe someone needs to work overtime. That's what I do when I'm behind at work."

We have now signed the change order.

Meanwhile, work has continued. And we are grateful for that.
